1. Use of the App

AeroPhrase provides aviation-related phraseology and communication tools intended for educational and reference purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to create an account and use the App.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

3. Subscriptions

AeroPhrase offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Pricing and subscription periods are displayed within the App before purchase.

4. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated personal data, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the App.

• Use automated tools to access the service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with AeroPhrase remain the property of the app owner or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

AeroPhrase is provided for educational and informational purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content.

The App is not a substitute for official aviation publications, regulations, or flight training.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroPhrase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the app owner operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
